Hello, my name is Joseph.
My professional journey has been anything but conventional; it is a tapestry woven from the threads of commerce, ecology, and a deep, enduring passion for fundamental theory. For over a decade, I built and led successful companies in China, first in the feed additive industry and later in ecological landscape engineering. This hands-on experience in the tangible world of business and environmental stewardship gave me a profound, ground-level understanding of how economic systems and natural ecosystems interact in practice.
However, I always felt that our traditional models for understanding these systems were incomplete. This conviction led me to a significant pivot. In 2012, I began dedicating myself to independent theoretical research, a pursuit that has since become my life's central work.
My research is focused on developing a new, unified framework for understanding our world. At its heart are two interconnected, unpublished theories:
The first is an Economic Theory that moves beyond the narrow lens of money. Grounded in neuroscience, cognitive science, and ecology, it seeks to model and regulate the behavior of people and society using a more fundamental, physics-like unit of value. I believe this approach is crucial for humanity to navigate the transition into the AI era, offering a more stable and holistic way to conceptualize wealth and social organization.
The second is an Intelligence Theory, which springs from my work in innovative fundamental physics. This theory proposes a single calculation system to unify the movement of all things. Imagine a system capable of monitoring dynamic changes, self-tracking, and repairing data across different platforms—much like observing living cells under a microscope and having the system intelligently suggest subsequent steps. This forms the logical backbone for what I consider to be a next-generation AI.
To deepen this work, I recently managed a multi-year research project in the United States, collaborating with technology companies and research institutes to develop the computational models and data collection strategies necessary to bring these theories to life.
My journey has also been a personal one. I immigrated to Canada in 2022 to continue this research in a new environment, focusing on writing and refining these ideas. My academic background, which includes a Bachelor's in Chemical Machinery from Fuzhou University and an MBA in Ecological Economics from Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, provided me with the interdisciplinary tools to bridge these vast domains.
From the practical realities of running a company to the abstract frontiers of theoretical physics and economics, my career has been a continuous search for foundational truths. I am driven by the belief that before we can be transformed by technology, we must first transform our understanding of ourselves and the systems we inhabit. It is this belief that guides my work today.
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little of my story.
