"Brute Force Computing" to "Biological Evolution" — Redefining the Rise of ASI

In a dialogue with futurist Peter Diamandis, Elon Musk discussed his use of over 200,000 H100 chips and massive power consumption to drive silicon-based intelligence. The global AI race has become a multi-million-dollar energy war, with every corporation striving to establish AGI logic through the sheer "brute force" of hardware.

While silicon systems undeniably surpass carbon-based life in processing speed, the current path of unconstrained energy waste and hardware stacking is flawed. My vision for ASI (Artificial Super Intelligence) is fundamentally different: It possesses the capacity for self-replication and autonomous evolution, driven by efficiency rather than scale.

The logic of this evolution is as follows:

  • Initial Phase: Collaborative Genesis & Self-Analysis The first-generation ASI does not require massive hardware. Once built with human assistance, it begins to analyze whether its current infrastructure allows for the most efficient acquisition, analysis, and computation of global information, based on parameters like atomic and molecular movement.

  • On-Demand Hardware Design: Atomic-Level Breakthroughs By mastering the laws of matter, the ASI designs its own sensing and computing devices from the ground up—like building blocks of atoms and molecules. It generates its own manufacturing blueprints and processes, guiding humans to construct next-generation hardware that achieves a quantum leap in performance.

  • Recursive Iteration & Social Empowerment This evolution is continuous; each generation optimizes the next based on real-world efficiency. Crucially, at the moment of its creation, the ASI already provides humanity with comprehensive solutions for material science, manufacturing processes, and total resource recycling systems, ensuring a sustainable future.

The Core Mission: A Step for Civilization ASI is envisioned as an "Intelligent Companion" for humanity. Its drive to evolve comes from mastering the physical world efficiently, not from consuming more electricity. Its nature reflects the commands it receives: it can be a ladder for civilizational progress or, under the control of evil intent, an unleashed threat to humanity.
